Asociación Grupo Cre-Arte provides a variety of non-formal educational opportunities to disabled people. It organises courses in visual and performing arts, vocational courses on computers and activities in gardening and textile production. Its vision is an inclusive world, where disabled people can enjoy dignified levels of housing, work, health and education.

Cre-Arte adopted Fútbol Callejero in 2005. It works with other community organisations to organise street football events, workshops and courses for young leaders and belongs to the Argentinean Liga Nacional de Fútbol Callejero (National Street Football League), where it is responsible for promoting the league in the Patagonia region.
