Futebol de Rua '09 (Street Football '09) will be another great end to the Portugal’s street football championship. On July 3rd to 5th, streetfootballworld network member CAIS will host this event in Seixal, Portugal.

The festival gathers the fifteen winners of the regional and district tournaments. Teams will be representing the autonomous regions of Azores and Madeira and the districts of Faro, Beja, Setúbal, Santarém, Portalegre, Lisbon, Castelo Branco, Coimbra, Braga, Bragança, Porto, Viana do Castelo and Aveiro.

The event will begin with a parade that will feature all the teams and will run from the city to the pitch, culminating with a performance and then the official opening game of the tournament.

At the games, there will also be various activities taking place outdoors, including climbing, dancing, and diving. The games that will determine the winning team will be held on Sunday, July 5th, at 16.30 in the Bay of Seixal.
