For the seventh time, Play the Game will gather stakeholders in sport to discuss essential issues in world sport.

The world communication conference on sport and society will take place Ocober 3-6, 2011 at the home of its co-organiser, the German Sport University in Cologne, Germany. The theme of the event will be "Bringing change to the heart of sport".

The objective of all Play the Game conferences is to serves as a home for discussion for issues in sport and society and to influence the international sports agenda.

Play the Game aims to strengthen the basic ethical values of sport and encourage democracy, transparency and freedom of expressioin in world sport.
