Beyond Sport will host the inaugural Beyond Sport Summit in London, England, from July 7th to 9th.

Beyond Sport aims to celebrate and support individuals and groups that seek to drive positive change through sport. The Summit will have a range of events and workshops focused on the field of Development through Sport.

Speakers
Speakers at the summit include the Rt. Hon. Tony Blair, HRH Prince Faisal Al Hussein of Jordan, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, and NBA star and humanitarian Dikembe Mutumbo. streetfootballworld’s Managing Director, Jürgen Griesbeck, will be lending his expertise to a facilitated session entitled “ A Rewarding Collision – Sport, business and development”. Other sessions will discuss sport’s role in social development, health education and reducing violence and crime.

The Beyond Sport Awards
The Beyond Sport Awards, which recognise organisations that drive significant social transformation through sport, will cap off the summit.
