Over 60 children from the Twinned Peace Sport Schools program in Jericho, Sderot and Sha'ar HaNegev enjoyed a special performance of the Peres Center's coexistence play 'New Beginnings'.  The play simplifies the core messages of peace and mutual understanding for the young audience. Both Arabic and Hebrew are used throughout simultaneously and complementarily, creating positive associations with "the other".
 
The children who took part in the event are participants in the Peres Center's Twinned Peace Sport Schools program, a holistic cross-border project that uses sport as a peacebuilding tool bringing Palestinian and Israeli children together in a safe, healthy and fun environment.
