Society Empowerment Project (SEP) actively participated in the streetfootballworld East Africa Network Workshop. The workshop was held in Nairobi from the 30th Jan-1st February 2012. It brought together all the other streetfootballworld partners in the region- Tanzania, Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia and Rwanda. The well planned and delivered workshop touched on various thematic areas, with specific focus on the strategic plan development for the region. The group, other than focusing on the strategic plan, also discussed the anti - violence policy document and code of conduct, as well as the 2012 plan for the Network.The workshop was very objective, relevant with very interactive sessions. Group work took the center stage in all sessions, making the entire session inclusive.

Mark Dudley presents during the w/shop, while on the far end is Chrissi of GIZ/YDF and Naomi of GIZ Kenya, during the w/shop in Nairobi. Both Chrissi and Naomi explained into details the essence of the anti-violence policy document, while Festus gave an overview of the entire document.
