On 3rd December, 2009, David Beckham, Lucas Radebe and Lord David Triesman, Chairman of the FA, visited a Coaching for Hope project in Khayelitsha township, Cape Town, South Africa.  This high level delegation witnessed three groups of young people going through their paces led by our newly qualified CFH Young Leaders.  Each of the groups came from a children's home in the Cape Town area and their excitement at this unexpected VIP visit was plain to see.  A large press contingent covered the visit and David and Lucas answered a wide range of questions from the young people present.
