After 4 months of playing our programme called L.I.F.E ( local intergrade football education ) , where 12 schools and there various class grades played against each other to eventually see which grade represents their schools at the finals for the LIFE TROPHY.

Close on 4000 children were exposed to our lifeskill programmes presented to learners from these schools by our team of youth who participated in previous Homeless World Cups and now orks at Oasis and then our UK volunteers. This initiative saw schools at least doing some competitive sport again and the children looked forward to the activities. Various awareness were raised on issues that negatively impact communities and how through our lifeskills offered;the children should make informed decisions.

At the Finals a total of 120 players representing their various schools and classmates competed fo the coveted tropy for various grades (grades 4-7 )

Wonderfull to see individual children receiving awards also for participation ,not only in the soccer department but taking part in the lifeskills programme consistently,when it was offered by Oasis team.
