MYSA Sports and leadership Academy staff workshop underway at the MYSA headquarters

Nairobi, March 1 – The MYSA Sports and Leadership Academy has organised a Sports For Development workshop at the MYSA headquarters in Komarock. The workshop which is currently underway brings together 20 MYSA projects managers who work in different projects within the organization. “It is a great opportunity for our facilitators to use the skills gained during our preceding training in November, I am content that this exposure will enable them offer quality sports for development training not only to MYSA community but also to other participants from all over the world. Ndichu Ng’ethe, Head of trainings The training come’s barley three months after a team of 15 tutors had a training on the newly MYSA’s Sport and Leadership Development curriculum. The curriculum on Sports for Development was professionally developed and it will be the base for training activities by different institutions of higher learning and organizations. The academy is also involved in establishing initiatives in Southern Sudan, Tanzania, and Botswana amongst other countries that are based on sports for Development.
