Major Donor Manager – Magic Bus UK

Magic Bus uses its unique sport for development approach to empower children and youth from vulnerable communities in making effective life choices in the areas of education, livelihood and leadership, health, and gender equality.We currently work with 150,000 children living in poverty per year. In the next three years we aim to expand across India, by training young leaders to deliver our programme, reaching out to one million children and young people each year.

Magic Bus has operated in the UK since 2003. During this time annual income has grown considerably to nearly £900,000, a growth of 40% from the previous financial year. We're now looking for a new team member to help us drive this expansion further. The new position will be responsible for developing a Major Donor Programme at Magic Bus UK and building new relationships in order to achieve our ambitious fundraising goals. It will be a varied and exciting role where you will feel you can make a tangible difference to the growth of the charity.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser who has a demonstrable track record of securing and delivering six figure relationships, preferably with a background in Major Donors. With excellent communication skills, you will be skilled at building high value and long term relationships at a senior level. A proactive approach, drive and a team player are essential.
