From 13th to 21st February 2010, four organizations from South America and Germany are meeting ESPERANCE from Kigali,Rwanda; for an international learning cooperation conference. Aim of the conference is planning the common project of these organizations for the Football For Hope festival in South Africa during the FIFA World Cup 2010.

Since 2005, the tricontinental steetfootball network is exchanging and sharing experiences in their similar activities for a common goal: reach integration and unity using fair play and peace building activities. 25 representatives of these five countries are going to meet in KImisagara Youth Center, where ESPERANCE stays. Participants include 3 people from Argentina, 3 people from Paraguay, 1 person from Brasil, 4 people from Germany, 2 Media Pedagogic Experts, 1 Media Expert TV, 1 representative for the Sony company, 2 translators, 1 journalist from Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and others.
