The organsation “Centro para el Desarrollo de la Inteligencia” (CDI, “Center for Development of the Intelligence”) is situated in Paraguay and is a public organisation, which is not profit-oriented and whose aim is to develop, coordinate and support programms and projects in the country, as well as other aspects that contribute to augment the quality of life and to accomplish integral development of women and men in Paraguay.

“Partidí” is an educational project, which makes use of football as a tool, in order to create a learning community among children and young people of diverses contexts, providing certain benefits related to an educational point of view that values people and his ability for social change. Through the theme “Everyone plays, everyone wins” they work with the methodology of streetfootball, which is used by various members of the network “streetfootballworld”. Using football, this methodology that is striking in the neighborhoods, clubs and schools, promotes human values such as solidarity, respect, self-esteem and teamwork experience.

CDI proposes through “Partidí” an educational model that:
• Focuses on the person.
• Contemplates and influences the context.
• Is personalized and interactive.
• Promotes meaningful experiences.
• Develops skills of creative, valuable and critical thinking.
• Promotes affective relationships.
• Considers a gender perspective.

CDI promotes the consolidation of the Paraguayan network “Partidí” and is member of the “Red Sudamericana de Fútbol Callejero” (“Southamerican Net for Streetfooball”). On a international level they work together, among others, with “KICKFAIR e.V.” of Germany, “CreArte” and “Defensores del Chaco” of Argentina, both members of the network “streetfootballworld”.
