The ASCAP Foundation's Songwriter in Residency program brings talented songwriters of all genres into America SCORES public schools to teach our students about the craft of songwriting and as another means to explore creative-expression.
Corporation for National and Community Service
America SCORES was awarded an Americorps*VISTA grant through the Corporation for National and Community Service, providing volunteers who give a year of full-time service to build capacity in non-profit organizations. This year, America SCORES has 30 VISTAs working in our offices, which allows us to channel more resources directly into serving children.
