South East District Youth Empowerment Association (SEDYEA) apunta a crear una nación comprometida e informada que aborde de manera eficaz el VIH/SIDA y otros asuntos socio-económicos. A través del deporte y la educación, SEDYEA faculta y apoya a los jóvenes en su camino hacia la acción responsable y creativa en el desarrollo comunitario.

SEDYEA ejecuta ligas de fútbol, torneos y actividades educativas en el sudeste de Botswana, todas dirigidas por jóvenes líderes y diseñadas para promover habilidades para la vida y un comportamiento sexual seguro. SEDYEA adelanta un proyecto de liderazgo entre pares y habilidades para la vida, mediante el cual organiza actividades deportivas y de educación en habilidades para la vida en las escuelas y comunidades; así como el Programa Kgatelopele Safe Spaces para mujeres jóvenes.
