La visión y la práctica de Breakthrough Chiparamba implica el uso del fútbol en entornos innovadores. Aunque la organización está dirigida a un amplio abanico de temas sociales, sus principales programas incluyen proyectos de limpieza ambiental involucrando a los participantes del fútbol, y trabajar con los campos de refugiados de Mayukwayukwa, para establecer una liga de fútbol. Breakthrough Chiparamba está de igual forma muy involucrada en la coordinación de la Zambian Street Football Network (Red de Fútbol Callejero de Zambia).

La visión de Breakthrough Chiparambaes crecer y convertirse en pionera en el uso del fútbol para el desarrollo a nivel de base. Hasta ahora, ha demostrado la eficacia de la incorporación de los mensajes sociales en el juego adorado por tantos jóvenes en zambianos.
