Uniting over 80 organisations in more than 50 countries worldwide

Addressing social issues ranging from HIV/AIDS in South Africa to health education
in the United States, from peace building in the Middle East to gender equality and
youth leadership in Latin America, the streetfootballworld network currently unites
84 independent organisations from more than 50 countries worldwide. Although each organisation has its own entry point for addressing local social issues, they all use
football to achieve sustainable change.

The streetfootballworld network gains knowledge and shares expertise through
capacity development workshops, conferences and festivals. This allows members
to improve existing programmes and develop new approaches. Regional networks
further strengthen the ties between network members, enabling them to grow
stronger together. By collaborating on programmes and creating a powerful, unified
voice to influence decision makers on all levels of a global society, the network strives
to improve the future for young people.
